The hotel has a beautiful beach access and a great pool area, but unfortunately let down by dated rooms and very subpar dining options. If you’re not fussy about food quality and can overlook some maintenance issues, you might enjoy your stay. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a luxurious experience; it feels more like a 3-star establishment trying to be a 5-star one.
The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by the poor condition of the rooms and dining options. The staff demeanor was a letdown, as many seemed overwhelmed and unfriendly. While the beach and lagoon views were stunning, the overall state of cleanliness and service left a lot to be desired.
I had a really nice time at this hotel, where the staff greeted us warmly, and it felt like they truly cared about our well-being.
